At Grizzly Mountain Minis, we believe in the special bond between people and animals, and this event is all about giving back to the shelter pets of Sacramento County.
Best of all, every dollar raised helps power the lifesaving programs and services at Bradshaw Animal Shelter, supporting the animals and people who depend on them.
We’ll be there with some of our fluffy little ambassadors, helping bring smiles and connection to such an important cause. We’ll also be offering our up-close cow cuddles and the sale of our Highland merch, with a portion of those proceeds going directly to support the shelter animals.

🐮 Holy cow… you're in for a good time. We’ve added a little twist this time.
Grizzly Mountain Minis and Highland Ranch are bringing you something a little different with Highlands & Wine — a special event that puts a wine-inspired twist on our popular Highland Hangout experience.
Spend a relaxing afternoon meeting the fluffy little celebrities of Grizzly Mountain Minis — Finnegan, Stormy-Jo, and Dakota, the miniature Highland cows you’ll get to meet up close, interact with, and take photos with — along with their friends from Highland Ranch.

Welcome to Grizzly Mountain Minis Breeder
City of Colfax 3rd of July Celebration
Grizzly Mountain Minis will be celebrating with the City of Colfax this year!
The Annual 3RD of July Celebration is coming to Historic Downtown Colfax, and it’s shaping up to be a fun-filled evening the whole community can enjoy!
Bring your family and friends out for a festive night featuring craft and food vendors, a lively beer & wine garden, and a FREE Kids Zone packed with activities to keep the little ones entertained. Throughout the evening, you can also join in on games, contests, and more, making it easy for everyone to get involved.
One of the highlights of the celebration is the double parade experience, with parades at 6 PM and 7 PM rolling through downtown. Be sure to grab a good spot along the route and enjoy the hometown spirit on full display.
The night wraps up with a spectacular fireworks show at 9:15 PM, lighting up the Colfax sky and closing out the celebration in style.
This annual event is hosted by Railroad Days Inc. and Wrecking Crew Bakery, bringing the community together for an unforgettable pre-Independence Day celebration.
